Working as part of the wider leadership and teaching team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of professional learning and induction services for the five local authorities comprising the South East Wales Consortium: Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen.
With recent, relevant, and excellent classroom practice, a secure understanding of NQT induction requirements and strategic experience of leading NQT induction processes across a school, including undertaking the role of external verifier, the successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across the EAS and school leaders to ensure the highest possible standards of induction and achievement.
