The EAS supports schools across the five local authorities in South East Wales. A key part of our role is to support school governing bodies and develop their effectiveness. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated team member, who can deliver high quality administrative support and deliver effective customer service to governors and schools.
Excellent organisational skills, IT literacy and effective communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge of school governance, through continuous professional learning and support.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced education environment, with the benefits of excellent professional learning opportunities and access to the Local Government pension scheme. This post will involve attending approximately one term time evening meeting per week.
